Pizza Favorites

  • Artichoke: Diced tomatoes with artichoke hearts.
  • The Works: Pepperoni, Italian sausage, onions, hamburger meat, mushrooms and green peppers.
  • Hawaiian: Pineapple, ham and extra cheese.
  • Vegetarian: Diced tomatoes, onion, green peppers, mushrooms, feta cheese and black olives.
  • Greek/Mediterranean: Diced tomatoes, black olives, feta cheese, spinach.
  • White Pizza: Olive oil, chopped garlic & other spices, mozzarella & cheddar cheese. No sauce.
  • All meat: Pepperoni, Italian sausage, bacon, hamburger, ham, salami.
  • Grilled Chicken: Grilled diced chicken, diced tomatoes.
  • Spinach: Spinach, garlic and feta cheese.
  • Spice Master: Italian sausage, pepperoni, bacon, jalapeno peppers, a couple of splashes of your favorite hot sauce.
  • Pizza Fungi: Tomatoes, mushrooms, mozzarella.
  • Pizza Giardiniera: Tomatoes, mozzarella, leaf spinach, pepperoni.
  • Pizza Tonno: Tomatoes, mozzarella, tuna.

Entrées

  • Calzone: Take one piece of dough, put ingredients in the middle and close the dough with your fork.
  • Bruschetta: Toast sliced baguette, and then top with bruschetta mix. (For bruschetta mix, combine chopped tomatoes, basil, onion, garlic and olive oil in a bowl and stir.)
  • Pizza Flat Bread with Hummus Spread: Bake plain pizza dough, and then spread on hummus.
  • Italian Tomato and Cheese Bread: Drizzle olive oil on a sliced baguette, and then top with bruschetta mix, sprinkle on shredded cheese and bake in the PizzaDome.

Desserts

  • Pizza-Peach Cobbler: Top dough with cinnamon sugar and peaches, then sprinkle on some chopped almonds and brown sugar. Bake in the PizzaDome. Top with ice cream before serving.

  • Apple Pies with Ice Cream: Top dough with apple slices and cinnamon sugar mix, and then top with another pizza dough. Bake in the PizzaDome. Serve with scoop of ice cream.
  • S’mores Calzone: Fold mini marshmallows & chocolate chips inside a pizza dough, and then sprinkle on some cinnamon sugar and bake in the PizzaDome.
